My new favorite winter runners…

Thanks Saucony! Minimalist running shoes are really improving. Hopefully by spring I’ll be ready to return to my Five-Fingers without Achilles pain.
A new favorite….
I found a new favorite saying on Facebook today (yes FB!). It’s a Swedish proverb I want to live by every day of 2012 and beyond:
“Fear less, hope more; eat less, chew more; whine less, breathe more; talk less, say more; love more, and all good things will be your’s.”
Now to remember this…..
Running the Similkameen

We’re on special meeting rounds these days and today, in Oroville, one of the friends took us up the Similkameen River Trail out of town. I ran for 40 minutes looking at this beauty. Now I want to do it every day!
Washington Travels

Running in Winthrop brought a snowy winterland feeling to our otherwise bare and dry special meeting travels. We’re enjoying highlight days here in the Okanogan.
A snowy Sunday morning….

Aaaahhhhhhhh!
I love SUSHI!

Some of the friends in Chelan treated us to sushi last night. Oh man, was it GOOD! My taste buds were so happy.
From the top of Deer Mountain

Leah Sanderson and I took a hike yesterday morning right before the snow started in Chelan. This is a view of things from the top of Deer Mountain. Great little start to our day!
Another fabulous cappuccino

If you’ve never been to Caffe Mela – you simply don’t know what you’re missing. Come to Wenatchee and enjoy the best coffee.
Going to the dogs…..

I am a dog lover and this week I’ve enjoyed two of the nicest dogs! Belle is the golden retriever and Bruno is the little guy.
